Historical Display Unveiled at the Empowerment Center

A crowd gathered at the Empowerment Center on Pine Street in Cambridge on March 15 for the unveiling.
The Rev. Sandra Moore-Brown and Octavene Saunders:
The Rev. Sandra Moore-Brown (standing) welcomed those who attended Saturday's unveiling. Seated is Octavene Saunders of the Pine Street Committee who also had opening remarks.
Many expressed their appreciation for the work of photographer David Harp (standing).
Ministers and church representatives were asked to stand next to the photograph of their church:

From the left are Francis Boardley, the Rev. Joe Kelley, the Rev. Keith Cornish, Octavene Saunders, Gilbert Cephas, Bob Ballenger, Tom Huntington, and Portia Johnson-Ennels. The Rev. Kelley, Bob Ballenger and Tom Huntington are members of the Maryland Key Makers who hope to form a partnership with some of the youth programs of the Pine Street Committee in an effort to mentor youth.
